1) The store must be a legal corporation and have public access for customers to walk in.
2) You must be able to verify business using any one of these three options.
A) Include Business License Number with application.
B) Have registered business phone number which can be found in any known phonebook.
C)Send in a Copy of your Business Advertisement in Phone directory Yellow Pages.
